Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm.  

If your item was lost or damaged in transit on its way to you, then your full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Payment may take 5-7 days depending on the method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund clears.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please first contact us at kyle@bittersweethome.co.uk 

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless your item arrived with damage at our fault, a claim may be put in to Royal Mail if they are at fault. If you have simply changed your mind, return costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
